These terms apply to every purchase from ENVOLE, including products and registrations for productions, activations and events, from 1 January 2026.

1. About these terms

1.1 These terms apply to your use of https://envole.world and to every purchase from ENVOLE, including products and registrations for Productions. They take effect on 9 October 2026.

1.2 ENVOLE is a trading name of Elite Training Club Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12679766. Our registered office is The Colmore Building, Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, England, B4 6AT. You can contact us at info@envole.world.

1.3 By placing an order or registering for a Production, you accept these terms together with:

1.4 In these terms, Production means any ENVOLE production, activation or event, including ACCESS, RUNWAY and Continuation, together with any associated rehearsal, workshop, fitting or private event. Production Fee means the price of a Production registration.

1.5 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Using our website and intellectual property

2.1 You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 All content on our website and all ENVOLE designs, collections, imagery, film, text, logos and the ENVOLE name belong to ENVOLE or its licensors. You must not copy, reproduce or use them without our written consent, except as permitted by law or by the ENVOLE Content Release and Usage Agreement.

2.3 You must not misuse our website, including by introducing malicious code or attempting unauthorised access.

2.4 We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of our website at any time.

3. Products

3.1 Product descriptions, images and prices are shown on our website. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT.

3.2 Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

3.3 ENVOLE collections are produced in strict limitation. Allocation is confirmed at checkout and items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

3.4 Some items are produced in limited runs or to order. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

3.5 If we discover an obvious error in a price or description, we may cancel your order and refund you in full.

3.6 You may cancel a product order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

3.7 If a product is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our Returns and Refunds Policy does not limit those rights.

4. Productions and activations

4.1 ENVOLE Productions are brand production experiences directed by ENVOLE. ENVOLE delivers its Productions as special activations, such as ENVOLE RUNWAY during London Fashion Week and the ENVOLE end-of-year production.

4.2 Unless stated otherwise at registration, your Production Fee includes participation in the Production, a set of ENVOLE clothing, workshop training and a portfolio of edited content from the Production. Where a Production includes an ENVOLE event, event photography is included at no additional cost.

4.3 Your place is confirmed only once your Production Fee has been paid in full. Places are limited and are allocated in order of confirmed registration.

4.4 Production details, including dates, venues, call times, running order, creative direction and team, are set by ENVOLE and may change. We will tell you of any material change as soon as reasonably possible.

4.5 Productions run to a fixed schedule. Late arrivals may not be admitted. A Production missed through late arrival or non-attendance is not refundable or transferable, unless ENVOLE agrees otherwise.

4.6 Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for your own hair, make-up and nails, and for following the brief ENVOLE provides.

4.7 The clothing set included in your registration is yours to keep. Any additional clothing loaned to you for a Production remains ENVOLE's property and must be returned within 7 days of the Production, unless ENVOLE agrees otherwise.

4.8 You must be 18 or over to register, unless ENVOLE agrees otherwise in writing. In that case a parent or guardian must give written consent.

4.9 Please tell us before the Production about anything that may affect your safe participation. On the day you must follow the directions of the ENVOLE team and the rules of the venue. ENVOLE may remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe, abusive or disruptive, without refund.

4.10 Personal belongings brought to a Production remain your responsibility, except where loss or damage is caused by our negligence.

4.11 ENVOLE Productions are a brand production experience. ENVOLE does not guarantee modelling work, agency representation, bookings, press coverage or any other career outcome.

5. Continuation

5.1 A Continuation registration gives access to the Productions, or the Production window, described at the time of registration.

5.2 Continuation dates are set by ENVOLE and may change. ENVOLE will offer you a place at each Production included in your Continuation.

5.3 Productions not attended within the Continuation window lapse at the end of that window and are not refundable or transferable, unless ENVOLE agrees otherwise.

5.4 If ENVOLE does not offer a Production included in your Continuation, ENVOLE will offer you an alternative Production or a proportionate refund.

6. Payment

6.1 Product prices and Production Fees are payable in full at checkout, using the payment options shown. These may include third-party pay-later providers, whose own terms govern your agreement with them.

6.2 ENVOLE does not offer individual or manual instalment arrangements. Payment in full by bank transfer may be accepted at ENVOLE's discretion.

6.3 Where ENVOLE has agreed any other payment schedule in writing, each payment must be made on the agreed date. ENVOLE may withhold attendance at a Production and delivery of content until each payment then due has been received.

6.4 If a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, ENVOLE may suspend your registration, attendance and delivery of content until the matter is resolved.

6.5 VAT invoices are available on request.

7. Cancellations, changes and refunds

7.1 Product cancellations and returns are covered in clause 3.6.

7.2 Productions are services provided on a specific date. Once your registration is confirmed, Production Fees are non-refundable, as ENVOLE commits studio, crew, clothing and capacity in advance of each Production. ENVOLE may, at its discretion, transfer your registration to another Production.

7.3 If ENVOLE cancels a Production for any reason, including events outside its control, or changes it so that it is no longer substantially what you registered for, ENVOLE will offer you a place at an alternative Production. If you do not accept the alternative, ENVOLE will refund the Production Fee for the affected Production.

7.4 Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.

8. Content, portfolios and credits

8.1 Content created at Productions is governed by the ENVOLE Content Release and Usage Agreement at https://envole.world/pages/content-release-agreement. The agreement forms part of these terms and is accepted at registration.

8.2 In summary:

ENVOLE owns or controls the content and may use it, including your image and name, in any media worldwide, including social media, campaigns, press and outdoor advertising

you receive a licence to use your portfolio for your own portfolio, career and social media

social media posts that use production content must carry the credits ENVOLE supplies

your licence takes effect once your Production Fee has been paid in full

Where this summary and the agreement differ, the agreement applies.

8.3 Portfolios are delivered by online gallery and may be delivered in stages. Please download your files within 30 days of each delivery.

9. Liability

9.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

9.2 We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable.

9.3 We are not liable for loss of income, earnings, opportunity or business, including any expected modelling work, representation or bookings.

9.4 Subject to clause 9.1, our total liability to you in connection with any product or Production is limited to the price you paid for it.

10. Privacy, communications, complaints and governing law

10.1 We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy and Cookie Policy at https://envole.world/pages/privacy-policy.

10.2 We communicate about orders, registrations and Productions by email, to the address you provide. Please keep it up to date and monitor it.

10.3 If you have a complaint, email info@envole.world with your name, your order or Production, and the details of your complaint. We aim to respond within 10 working days.

10.4 We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order or register apply to that order or registration.

10.5 If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

10.6 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
