TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL
ENVOLE operates this website for informational and commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Limited releases may sell out without notice. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the final item.
We reserve the right to discontinue or amend any product offering at our discretion.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
Pricing applied to confirmed orders will not change after the order is accepted.
ORDERS
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
ENVOLE reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders, including where incorrect pricing, availability issues, or suspected misuse occur.
Order confirmation is issued once payment has been successfully processed.
MADE-TO-ORDER AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Certain ENVOLE products, including but not limited to private collections and other items designated as made-to-order or pre-order, are produced individually upon confirmation of your order.
Production begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Because these items are made to your order and not held as general stock, they are produced specifically for you.
In accordance with UK consumer law, made-to-order and personalised goods are exempt from the standard cancellation and return rights that apply to off-the-shelf products.
Accordingly, made-to-order and pre-order items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun, except where the item is faulty, not as described, or where you have rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Delivery timelines for made-to-order items are extended to account for individual production, and estimated timelines will be communicated at the point of order.
ENVOLE ACCESS, PRODUCTION & EVENT BOOKINGS
ENVOLE ACCESS, ENVOLE RUNWAY, London Fashion Week activations, fashion productions, model productions, portfolio productions, studio productions, events and other scheduled participation experiences are booked services and production experiences, not ordinary retail purchases of physical goods.
When you purchase a place on a production or event, you are purchasing an allocated participation place within a scheduled production.
BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
A production booking becomes confirmed when:
the customer completes the applicable registration or checkout process;
payment, or an agreed payment arrangement, has been successfully authorised or established; and
ENVOLE accepts and confirms the booking.
Once confirmed, ENVOLE allocates production capacity, planning resources and, where applicable, venue capacity, model allocation, wardrobe, technical preparation, photography, videography, production staff and other resources in reliance upon that booking.
A confirmed booking therefore represents a reserved production place and not simply an order for merchandise.
SPECIFIC-DATE PRODUCTIONS
Where a production, runway, event or activation is scheduled for a specified date or defined period, the booking is made specifically for that production date or period.
The customer acknowledges that ENVOLE is required to plan and commit production capacity in advance and that an individual place may not be capable of being resold or reallocated after confirmation.
Where applicable under UK consumer law, services relating to leisure activities, including services relating to events or productions provided on a specific date or during a specific period, may be excluded from the statutory 14-day cancellation period applicable to certain distance contracts.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF MIND
Subject always to applicable statutory rights, once a production booking has been confirmed, the customer does not have a contractual right to cancel simply because they:
- change their mind;
- no longer wish to participate;
- become unavailable;
- cannot attend the scheduled date;
- decide that the production is not suitable for them;
- decide that they do not wish to incur the associated costs of attending;
- experience a change in their financial circumstances;
- have concerns about travel, accommodation or other personal arrangements; or
- otherwise decide not to proceed after confirmation.
Confirmed production bookings are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by ENVOLE in writing.
ENVOLE may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer, rescheduling or other alternative arrangement. Any such accommodation is discretionary and does not create a continuing right to cancellation or refund.
PAYMENT PLANS
Where ENVOLE offers instalment, deferred-payment or third-party payment options, the use of such a payment method does not alter the nature of the underlying purchase or create an additional cancellation right.
The customer remains responsible for the agreed purchase price in accordance with the payment arrangement.
Failure or inability to make future instalment payments does not automatically cancel a confirmed production booking.
Where payment is processed through a third-party provider such as PayPal, Clearpay or another payment provider, the customer's obligations under the purchase contract with ENVOLE remain subject to these Terms and the applicable third-party payment provider terms.
PRODUCTION MERCHANDISE AND BUNDLED GOODS
Where physical merchandise is included within a production registration or participation package, the merchandise forms part of the overall package purchased.
The existence of a physical item within a package does not convert the overall production booking into an ordinary retail purchase or provide a separate right to cancel the production service solely because the customer has received, or is due to receive, merchandise.
Physical goods remain subject to the consumer rights and returns provisions applicable to those goods.
Where goods are faulty, defective, not as described, or where another statutory remedy applies, the customer's statutory rights remain unaffected.
PRODUCTION CHANGES
ENVOLE may make reasonable changes to the running order, timings, production format, creative direction, participating models, wardrobe allocation, production team, photography arrangements, videography arrangements, stage configuration or other operational elements where reasonably necessary to deliver the production.
Such reasonable changes do not automatically create a right to cancel or receive a refund where the fundamental nature of the booked production remains substantially the same.
Where ENVOLE makes a material change that legally entitles the customer to a remedy, ENVOLE will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
ENVOLE CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING
If ENVOLE cancels a production entirely and is unable to provide a substantially equivalent alternative date or arrangement, customers will be offered the remedy required by applicable law.
Where a production is rescheduled, ENVOLE will communicate the revised date and any applicable options to affected customers.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right the customer may have where ENVOLE fails to provide the contracted service or otherwise breaches an applicable consumer right.
ATTENDANCE
The customer is responsible for attending the production at the specified venue, date and time and for complying with all reasonable production instructions, call times, safety requirements and participation requirements communicated by ENVOLE.
Failure to attend, late arrival, failure to comply with reasonable production requirements, or voluntary withdrawal from participation does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund.
TRANSFER
Confirmed production places are personal to the registered customer and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person without ENVOLE's prior written approval.
ENVOLE may refuse a proposed transfer where it would create operational, casting, insurance, safeguarding, eligibility or production issues..
TERMS AND CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Before completing a production booking, customers are provided with the applicable production information, including the nature of the production, participation requirements, applicable date or period, price and material booking conditions.
By completing the booking, the customer confirms that they have had the opportunity to review the applicable information and these Terms before purchasing.
Where a production has a specific date or period of performance, the customer acknowledges that the booking relates specifically to that scheduled production and that capacity is reserved on that basis.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived.
SHIPPING
Shipping timelines and fees are outlined separately in our Shipping Policy.
ENVOLE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds for eligible products are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Please review that page carefully before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights relating to faulty goods or goods not as described.
